ANCPL Salutes Dr Abel Mtshweni, An outstanding professional.

The ANCPL celebrates Dr Abel Mtshweni’s outstanding revolutionary achievement of graduating in Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD). Dr Mtshweni is the former Chairperson of the ANCYL in the Greater Tshwane Region. We celebrate this achievement because it is not every day that we see leaders or former leaders graduating with PHD’s. It is a culture we must encourage within our mass democratic movement. For our movement to continue leading the masses of our people, we cannot continue to deploy comrades who will lead our people with commonsense. We are driven by the fact that leadership must be equipped and informed as no leader can lead with commonsense. As one of the founding leader of the ANCPL would always say Dr Bandile Hadebe, “Ulala kanjani ungena PhD?”
South Africa needs, more capable and able leaders, in our political space and in our bureaucracy. Congratulations fellow professional, the time is now to contribute in the building of the South African society. With your acquired knowledge let us build South Africa, the ANC and the world.
